What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through the Request for Quote / Sample form or by emailing or calling us directly. That may include: company name, business email, phone number, product interest, order quantity, destination port, preferred Incoterm, and any message you add.

We do not use analytics tools, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels on this site. We don't collect browsing behaviour, and we don't sell or rent any information to third parties.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry — to prepare a quotation, specification sheet, or answer your question. We don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask to be kept informed, and we don't share it with anyone outside THAEXIM except where necessary to fulfil a request you've made (for example, a freight partner, once you've confirmed an order with us).

Where it's handled

Submissions are sent to our team's inbox and handled from our New Delhi, India office. If you are contacting us from the EU, UK, GCC or elsewhere, be aware your information will be processed in India.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if a trade relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus standard business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll action it directly.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes — for example, if we add a backend service or analytics tool in future — we'll update this page and the date above.
